GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. 3.  AWARD WINNERS WILL BE HONORED DURING THE 42ND ANNUAL MCAA SYMPOSIUM AND AWARDS DINNER TO BE HELD 15-18 MAY 2013 IN RENO, NV. FUNDING AND TRANSPORTATION FOR THE AWARD WINNER IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF INDIVIDUAL COMMANDS.
4.  PER REF A, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH AWARD WINNER'S PRESENT COMMAND TO PROVIDE UNIT FUNDING FOR TRANSPORTATION AND PER DIEM COSTS FOR THE AWARD WINNER OR UNIT REPRESENTATIVE.  THE MCAA WILL PROVIDE AWARD WINNERS/UNIT REPRESENTATIVES THE FOLLOWING:
A.  ALL REGISTRATION FEES AND TICKETS TO SYMPOSIUM EVENTS.

5.  ADDITIONAL GUESTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND, BUT WILL DO SO AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE.  MCAA ENCOURAGES AWARD WINNERS/UNIT RECIPIENTS TO COMMUNICATE PLANS FOR GUESTS IN ORDER TO FACILITATE REGISTRATION AND TICKETING.
6.
