GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  Per ref A, The Commandant of the Marine Corps and the Chief of Naval Operations signed the SECRET REL USA edition of Littoral Operations in a Contested Environment Concept on February 27, 2017.
2.  Subsequently, three additional versions have been generated at the lower classification levels:  Secret rel to USA, FVEY, confidential rel to USA, NATO, and unclassified.
3.  All three classified versions can be obtained through the following steps:
