GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  ON BEHALF OF ALL MARINES, I EXTEND OUR HEARTFELT CONGRATULATIONS TO THE WORLD'S FINEST NAVY ON YOUR 238TH BIRTHDAY.
2.  SINCE 13 OCTOBER 1775, AMERICA'S NAVY HAS COURAGEOUSLY DEFENDED OUR SHORES AS WELL AS OUR INTERESTS OVERSEAS.  THROUGH POWER PROJECTION, ENGAGEMENT, AND HUMANITARIAN ASSISTANCE, YOU HAVE PROVEN TIME AND AGAIN, THAT U.S. NAVAL FORCES REMAIN AT THE FOREFRONT OF GLOBAL SECURITY.
