GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) will be administering the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) as a census, inviting all Appropriated Fund Employees to participate in the survey from 23 May through 05 July 2019.
2.  Roles and Responsibilities:
2.  a.  Civilian Marines will receive an email invitation with specific instructions on how to complete the survey online.  Although FEVS 2019 is voluntary, participation is highly encouraged by all civilian Marines.
2.  b.  Supervisors and Managers will support their employees by providing them time during normal working hours to complete the survey.  The survey takes around 20 to 30 minutes to complete.
