6. All alternates identified by this MARADMIN will normally be retained on station until all primaries have successfully graduated the corresponding SDA courses. Marines screened and found qualified for SDA who have not been identified on this MARADMIN may be utilized for future SDA assignments.
7. Marines selected for PSR will be assigned a corresponding school seat to attend Basic Prior Service Recruiter Course (BPSRC). BPSRC dates are as follows:
BPSRC 1-21 reports October 2020.
BPSRC 3-21 reports March 2021.
BPSRC 4-21 reports April 2021.
BPSRC 5-21 reports July 2021.
BPSRC 6-21 is reserved for alternates, as necessary, and reports in August 2021.
8. Marines selected for DI will be assigned a corresponding school seat to attend DI school. DI School (East) dates are as follows:
DI course 3-21 reports April 2021.
DI course 4-21 reports July 2021.
9. Marines selected for CI will be assigned a corresponding school seat to attend CI school. CI School (East and West) dates are as follows:
CI course 1-21 reports October 2020.
CI course 2-21 reports January 2021.
CI course 3-21 reports April 2021.
10. Temporary Additional Duty and Permanent Change of Station orders will be released via SEPCOR. Per reference (e), upon arrival at BPSRC, DI school, and CI school, members must have in their possession: medical and dental records, command endorsed orders, and completed SDA screening checklist with recertification. Selected Marines who were screened by someone other than an MO during the initial screening must be screened by an MO prior to reporting to school.
11. In accordance with references (a), (d) and (f), once the approved RELM with designated class assignment is returned to the unit, Marines selected to attend SDA school will have no more than 15 days to accept the obligated service. Those Marines that decline to gain the obligated service necessary for their assignment to an SDA will have their expiration of active service (EAS) date adjusted to reflect the graduation date of the school they have refused to attend, be transferred to the Individual Ready Reserve (IRR) in order to complete the remaining reserve time on their contract, and issued an RE-3O reenlistment code. Official requests for cancellation or modification of SDA orders must be submitted via official message to the Reserve Affairs Management-2 (RAM-2) OMB at joinar@usmc.mil. Appropriate supporting documentation must be provided and approval from RA must be granted for SDA orders to be modified or cancelled.
