1.a.  Marine Corps Reference Publication (MCRP) 3-30.6, Multi-service Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (MTTP) for Defense Support of Civil Authorities, was approved on 11 February 2021.  This publication supersedes MCRP 3-30.6, MTTP for Defense Support of Civil Authorities, dated 1 September 2015.  MCRP 3-30.6 is a single source, reference guide for tactical-level units.  It assists military planners, commanders, and individual Department of Defense components employing military resources and integrating with National Guard forces while responding to domestic emergencies, in accordance with United States law.
1.b.  MCRP 3-10F.2, Supporting Arms Observer, Spotter, and Controller, was approved on 12 February 2021.  This publication supersedes MCRP 3-10F.2, Supporting Arms Observer, Spotter, and Controller, dated 15 October 1998, erratum dated 2 May 2016, and change 1 dated 4 April 2018.  MCRP 3-10F.2 provides the techniques and procedures for requesting, adjusting, and controlling mortars, artillery, naval gunfire, and close air support.
1.c.  MCRP 3-40F.7, MTTP for Tactical Convoy Operations, was approved on 26 March 2021.  This publication supersedes MCRP 3-40F.7, MTTP for Tactical Convoy Operations, dated 22 February 2017.  MCRP 3-40F.7 is a single source, descriptive reference guide for convoy commanders and subordinates to plan, train, and conduct tactical convoy operations, primarily considering forces engaged in the logistics warfighting function.
1.d.  MCRP 10-10E.7, MTTP for CBRN Reconnaissance and Surveillance (R&S), was approved on 31 March 2021.  This publication supersedes MCRP 10-10E.7, MTTP for CBRN R&S dated 25 March 2013.  MCRP 10-10E.7 provides fundamental TTP for planning, preparing, and executing CBRN R&S.  This publication is designed for use at the tactical level, but it also has implications at operational and strategic levels, to include the potential range of military activities and operations extending from military engagement, security cooperation, and deterrence in times of relative peace through large-scale combat operations.  It is applicable to conventional forces commanders and staffs at all echelons.  It applies to Active and Reserve Components and supports command staffs; CBRN staff officers and enlisted personnel; and non-CBRN personnel assigned or performing R&S missions or tasks.
1.e.  Marine Corps Tactical Publication (MCTP) 12-10D, Desert Operations, was approved on 7 April 2021.  This publication supersedes MCWP 3-35.6, Desert Operations, dated 24 August 1993 and errata dated 15 September 2004 and 2 May 2016.  MCTP 12-10D provides Marines with the concepts and techniques associated with conducting operations in a desert environment.  The principal audience includes Marine Corps commanders; leaders; staffs; trainers and educators; and Marines.
