GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  Per reference (A), to establish an occupational field capable of adapting to Expeditionary Advance Base Operations (EABO) and the fluid environments occupied by Marine, joint, and allied forces, the Distribution Management (3112) and Preservation, Packaging, Packing, and Marking (3152) occupational specialties have merged into a singular MOS, Distribution Specialist (3152).
2.  In coordination with Manpower & Reserve Affairs (M&RA), Training and Education Command (TECOM), and Combat Development and Integration (CD&I), the below changes will be reflected in the FY23 MOS Manual.
3.  Marines with the PMOS 3112 will be recoded to PMOS 3152 (Distribution Specialist).  The Table of Organization and Equipment Change Request (TOECR) was approved and is reflected in the Aug 2021 Change 2 Authorized Strength Report (ASR).
4.  Entry Level Training (ELT) students with the PMOS 3112 and 3152 will attend the Distribution Management Basic Course (DMBC-M03TNA1) and Basic Preservation and Packaging Course (BPPC-M03C0Y1) consecutively, and will be assigned to duty stations based on the current ASR.
5.  ELT students will attend the blended DMBC, with the BPPC included in the curriculum as a fourth discipline, and all Marines with the PMOS 3152 will be assigned duty stations detailed in the report.
6.  M&RA (MMIB) will report unit diary entries to convert all affected Marines with PMOS 3112 to PMOS 3152.  These Marines will be identified in a reclassification spreadsheet provided by the (3100) Occupational Field Specialist to MMIB.  No action is required by the individual Marine.
7.  The above changes are effective as of release of this message and will be reflected in the FY23 update to reference (B).
8.  This MARADMIN is applicable to the Marine Corps Total Force.
