GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  In accordance with reference (a), after thorough deliberation by a board of Colonels throughout Marine Forces Reserve and concurrence of the Commander, Captain Hugo J. Jury was selected as the recipient of the Calendar Year (CY) 2022 Chambers Award for Outstanding Leadership.  Captain Jury is assigned to 1st Battalion, 23d Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division.
2.  All CY 2022 nominees’ exemplary records demonstrated noteworthy leadership and ability, and your dedication and perseverance reflects great credit upon the Reserve Component and the United States Marine Corps.
