LEAVE PAPERS TO BE SIGNED BY MARINES BEFORE DEPARTING ON LEAVE.
(5) STUDY RAMIFICATIONS OF LINE OF DUTY/MISCONDUCT INVESTIGATIONS ON
THE FORFEITURE OF SGLI AND LOSS OF MEDICAL BENEFITS.

(9) DEVELOP SAFETY CLIMATE SURVEY FOR USE BY USMC IG TEAMS AND
SCHEDULE A MEETING BETWEEN IGMC AND DR. FIGLOCK (NPS).
(10) EXPLORE OPTION OF INCLUDING WESS II INSTRUCTION IN ALL AVIATION
SAFETY OFFICER AND GROUND SAFETY OFFICER CURRICULA.

LOOK INTO THE OPTION OF MAKING THESE COURSES PART OF THE CORE
COMPETENCY OF THE BASE (FULL TIME INSTRUCTION).
(5) INVESTIGATE ADDITION OF PTSD RECOGNITION IN ALL GENERAL MILITARY
SUBJECTS TRAINING.
(6) COORDINATE WITH MARFORS TO ENHANCE HMMWV INCIDENTAL DRIVER
TRAINING SYLLABI TO INCORPORATE LESSONS LEARNED IN OEF/OIF.
F.  NAVSAFECEN.  WORK WITH SD TO DEVELOP AND FUND CULTURE WORKSHOPS
AND ONLINE SURVEYS.
G.  SYSCOM
(1) BASED ON INPUT FROM MARFOR/MEF COMMANDERS, DETERMINE BEST COURSE
OF ACTION TO ACQUIRE HARDENED VEHICLES FOR REALISTIC TRAINING IN
CONUS AND FOR III MEF FORCES FORWARD BASED IN JAPAN.
(2) INVESTIGATE ERGONOMIC ISSUES AFFECTING HMMWV SEATBELTS/HARNESSES
USAGE AND EMERGENCY EGRESS.  LOOK SPECIFICALLY AT QUICK RELEASE, 2-4
POINT HARNESS.
(3) DEVELOP EMERGENCY EGRESS PROCEDURES FOR HARDENED HMMWV.
(4) ADDRESS INTERIM ROLLOVER CONCERNS FOR MTVR AND LVSR.
H.  I&L.  REVIEW KEY PERFORMANCE PARAMETERS IN LVS(R) OPERATIONAL
REQUIREMENTS DOCUMENT (ORD) TO ENSURE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS ARE
ADDRESSED.

I HAVE SEEN AS WE STRIVE TO REVITALIZE THE PROFESSIONALISM AND
LEADERSHIP CLIMATE THAT LEAD TO COMBAT READINESS AND A "MARINE 24/7"
