GENTEXT/RMKS/1. This maradmin announces a change to paragraphS 2, 3, and 4.
2. The verbiage to MARFORRES (SMCR SNCO) is changed to reflect Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)(SelRes SNCO).
3. Paragraph 3 verbiage changed to state, per paragraph 4101.3a of reference (a), eligible Marines to compete in the SelRes allocations to include SMCR, IMA, Limited Tour AR SNCOs and the IRR SNCOs on active duty on 31 December of each year. Eligible Marines in these categories must submit their packages to MARFORRES via the chain of command for consideration.
4. The nominees for Extended Active Duty Recruiters must be received no later than 9 December 2015, Prior Service Recruiters nominees must be received no later than 9 June 2016 and SelRes SNCO nominees must be received no later than 1 March 2016.
