GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. Purpose. DC, CD I will convene a Marine Corps Force 2025 (MCF2025) Integrated Planning Team (IPT) to analyze and evaluate all Navy billets within the Marine Corps to ensure Navy billets are appropriately aligned to the adjusted force structure developed during Phase I of the MCF2025 effort.
2.  Policies
2.a.  The IPT will consist of a working group of Col / GS-15 members.  Each working group member is allowed to bring one supporting member.  The Director of Capabilities Development Directorate (CDD) will chair the IPT.  Additionally, working group members and supporting members are required to serve for the duration of the IPT, substitutions are not authorized.2.b.  All presentations and information for IPT members and supporting members identified will be forwarded via email under SEPCOR.
3.  The following organizations shall provide Col/GS-15 representatives to serve as members for the 2025 IPT.
3.a.  DC, CDI:
3.a.1.  Dir, CDD (Chair - General Officer billet)
3.a.2.  Dir, TFSD
3.a.3.  Navy Branch Head, TFSD
3.a.4. Command Element Advocate Board representative
3.b.  Request DC, I and L provide:
3.b.1.  One representative
3.b.2.  One installations representative
3.b.3.  One supporting member
3.c.  Request the following organizations provide one representative and one supporting member: DC, PP O; DC, Aviation; COMMARFORCOM, COMMARPAC, COMMARFORRES, I MEF, II MEF, III MEF.
3.d.  NLT 15 August 2016, working group members and supporting members are required to be identified to the POCs in this msg.
4.  Admin and Logistics
4.a.  Date/location.  The MCF2025 IPT will convene 0900, 12 September 2016 in Conf Room 236, Raymond G. Davis building, MCB Quantico, VA 22134.  The scheduled completion date is 16 September 2016.  Orders are non-reporting.
4.b.  Funding.  The parent commands will be responsible for their own funding.
4.c.  Billeting and transportation.  Addressees are requested to make their own billeting and transportation arrangements. 4.d.  A limited number of Ethernet drops will be available for those bringing government issued laptops.
4.e.  Working group fee.  None.
4.f.  JPAS requests.  In compliance with Raymond G. Davis building requirements, all attendees are requested to forward a visitor request via JPAS to SMO code:  M30000.  Note:  list the purpose of the conference as IPT.  POC on the visitor request is LCDR Guzman, john.s.guzman(at)usmc.mil, (703) 432-8347.
4.g.  Electronic devices capable of storing or transmitting data, such as cellular phones, BlackBerry devices, personal computers, and personal digital assistants, will not be allowed in the Raymond
G. Davis building.
4.h.  Information regarding this effort will be protected through non-disclosure agreements (NDA). 
4.H.1.  Uniform
4.H.1.A.  Military:  Desert MARPAT Utility, Service Charlies (Fridays).
4.H.1.B.  Civilian:  Business casual.
5.  If necessary, amplifying details will be provided via SEPCOR.
6.  This MARADMIN is applicable to the Marine Corps Total Force.
