GENTEXT/REMARKS/1.  SITUATION.  THIS MESSAGE ASSIGNS ALOC 2-04
STUDENT ALLOCATIONS AND SOLICITS STUDENT NOMINATIONS.  SEE THE
SCHOOL OF MAGTF LOGISTICS (SOML) WEBSITE FOR MORE INFORMATION. 
2.  MISSION.  SOML WILL CONDUCT ALOC 2-04 FROM 15 MARCH 2004 TO 2
APRIL 2004 AT LIVERSEDGE HALL, QUANTICO, VA.
3.  EXECUTION.  SUBMIT NOMINATIONS BY NAVAL MESSAGE TO CG EDCOM PRES
MCU QUANTICO VA/C40 LOG/ BY 30 JANUARY 2004.  REFER TO THE WEBSITE
FOR ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA.  THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS REQUIRED:
1) LAST NAME, FIRST NAME, INITIAL.
2) GRADE.
3) PRIMARY MOS.
4) SSN.
5) CURRENT BILLET.
6) SECURITY CLEARANCE/DATE.
7) WORK TELEPHONE (DSN AND/OR COML).
8) STUDENT EMAIL ADDRESS.
9) COMMAND POC, PHONE NUMBER, AND EMAIL ADDRESS.
4.  ADMINISTRATION AND LOGISTICS. 
A.  STUDENT ALLOCATIONS.  COURSE CAPACITY IS 76 STUDENTS, WHICH
INCLUDES QUOTAS FOR 6 INTERNATIONAL OFFICERS.  CG TECOM WILL FUND
TRAVEL, LODGING, AND PER DIEM FOR 56 ACTIVE COMPONENT STUDENTS AND
4 SEATS FOR ACTIVE RESERVE (AR) STUDENTS FROM MARINE FORCES RESERVE
(MARFORRES).
THE REMAINING 10 SEATS  ARE UNFUNDED AND AVAILABLE TO LOCAL AREA
STUDENTS.  CIVIL SERVICE PERSONNEL ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND ALOC IF
NOMINATED AND FUNDED BY THEIR LOCAL COMMAND PER MCO P7100.8K.
B.  FUNDED QUOTAS.  THE FOLLOWING QUOTAS ARE FUNDED BY TECOM.

F.  SOML WILL NOTIFY MARINES SELECTED TO ATTEND ALOC 2-04 VIA
MESSAGE.  ADDITIONALLY, ELECTRONIC MAIL REGISTRATION AND INFO PACKS
WILL BE
FORWARDED TO STUDENTS IN FEBRUARY 2004.  A SEPARATE MESSAGE WILL
PROVIDE APPROPRIATION DATA FOR FUNDED STUDENT ORDERS AND BILLETING
CONFIRMATION.
