Members of a contingency response element in Pakistan load a C-130 Hercules with pallets of flood relief supplies Sept. 20, 2010, at Pakistan Air Force Base Chaklala. The CRE deployed from the 621st Contingency Response Wing, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., to augment operations at the Pakistan air force's Central Flood Relief Cell at the air base.
