Air Force A-10 Thunderbolt II pilots provided armed overwatch for friendly forces. The pilots conducted multiple strafing runs over enemy positions to deter enemy activity. Ground controllers and joint terminal attack controllers called the engagements successful.
Asmar
Air Force F-15E Strike Eagle aircrews provided armed overwatch for friendly forces and conducted a show of force to deter enemy activity. Ground controllers and JTACs declared the engagements successful.
Chahar Bagh
