2. SERGEANTS MAJOR (SGTSMAJ) MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
A. ALL SGTSMAJ WILL BE CONSIDERED WITH AN AFADBD OF 25 FEB 1987  OR LATER.
B. HAVE BEEN SELECTED ON THE FY-09 PROMOTION BOARD OR EARLIER.
C. MUST HAVE SUCCESSFULLY SERVED IN A VALID O-6 LEVEL BILLET  FOR 18 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE REPORT DATE FOR THE ANNOUNCED BILLET(S).
D. SGTSMAJ CONSIDERED SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT MANPOWER  MANAGEMENT DIVISION WILL AUTOMATICALLY ADDRESS TIME ON STATION  WAIVERS AND ENLISTED CAREER FORCE CONTROLS CONCERNS.
E. ALL SGTSMAJ SUCCESSFULLY SERVING AT THE O-7 LEVEL  BILLET OR ABOVE FOR AT LEAST 24 MONTHS SHALL BE CONSIDERED.
F. MEET HEIGHT/WEIGHT STANDARDS AND HAVE PASSED MOST RECENT  PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST OR COMBAT FITNESS TEST.
G. SGTSMAJ WITH CONCERNS THAT MAY AFFECT THE FUTURE  SLATING AND ASSIGNMENT DECISIONS MUST PROVIDE A SUMMARY VIA  LETTER, WITH MSC COMMANDER ENDORSEMENT, TO THE MANPOWER  MANAGEMENT SERGEANT MAJOR PRIOR TO THE BOARD CONVENING.
3. NOTIFICATION FOR SLATING OF THIS BILLET, TO INCLUDE THE  SUBMISSION DEADLINE, WAS PRE-COORDINATED BY THE MANPOWER  MANAGEMENT SERGEANT MAJOR, WITH THE APPROPRIATE SERGEANTS MAJOR.
4. CORRESPONDENCE MUST ARRIVE AT CMC (MM) NLT 23 JUNE 2014. QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE SLATING PROCESS SHOULD BE  COMMUNICATED TO MANPOWER MANAGEMENT SGTMAJ, DSN 278-9203/COM  (703) 784-9203.
