4. PER REF A, OFFICERS APPLYING FOR A FAO OR RAO FMOS ARE HIGHLIGHTING THEIR AVAILABILITY TO SERVE IN INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS AND POLITICAL-MILITARY BILLETS WHEN NOT SERVING IN THEIR PRIMARY MOS. OFFICERS SUBSEQUENTLY DECLINING TO SERVE IN SUCH BILLETS MAY HAVE THEIR FAO OR RAO FMOS ADMINISTRATIVELY WITHDRAWN.  IN ADDITION, SELECTED MARINES ARE REQUIRED TO POSSESS A COMPLETED SSBI. THOSE MARINES WHO DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT SSBI WILL SUBMIT A REQUEST IMMEDIATELY.
5. FUNDING FOR LANGUAGE SUSTAINMENT TRAINING MAY BE AVAILABLE TO MARINES WITH THE FAO AND RAO FMOS.
