To publish updated policy and procedures for the inspection, testing, and certification of Marine Corps tactical ground load lifting equipment in order to preserve operational readiness, reduce personal injury, extend life expectancy of tactical ground load lifting equipment, and satisfy the requirements of references (a), (b), and (c).
