MCCS, Semper Fit host week-long back to school event

Medina knew from his sophomore year in high school that he wanted to join the Marine Corps. Many members of his family, including his stepfather, served in the United States Navy. Polish Armed Forces observe Marine Corps’ fire support team

Polish Army leaders visited the Combat Center during Integrated Training Exercise 4-14 to observe Marine Corps fire support teams and how they incorporate advanced calls for fire and train, from July 26 to July 28, 2014.

1st LEB conducts security classes alongside K-9 Division during ITX

The Provost Marshal’s Office K-9 Division conducted a class on vehicle searches for members of Marine Wing Support Squadron 374, July 25, 2014. The Engineer Company of MWSS 374 has been receiving classes on various forms of flight line security from 1st Law Enforcement Battalion to better prepare air stations for security while deployed.

First responders reclaim Condor during active shooter exercise

The Combat Center’s Force Protection Office, along with the San Bernandino County Sheriff’s Department, Combat Center Fire Department, Provost Marshal’s Office, Morongo Basin Ambulance, and several other local first responders, conducted an active shooter exercise at Condor Elementary School, July 22, 2014.
