Lance Cpl. Juan Vasquez, a native of Los Angeles, California, peels a stencil off of the wall of a bus stop to reveal an Eagle, Globe and Anchor Sept. 27 in Santa Rita, Guam, as part of a volunteer project. The goal of the project was to repaint two bus stops to help beautify the local area.
