A Marine with Explosive Ordnance Disposal Company, 8th Engineer Support Battalion, searches for explosive devices while wearing an explosion-resistant bomb suit during a field exercise aboard Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, July 22, 2015. Bomb suits are designed to withstand pressure and shrapnel caused by blasts. The suits may be worn in situations during which bomb disposal robots are unavailable.
