Marines with 2nd Transportation Support Battalion attach an 8,500-pound high beam to a pintle hook beneath a CH-53E Super Stallion during an external lift exercise at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, N.C., Aug. 25, 2015. As the CH-53E hovered several yards above, on-the-ground Marines worked together to attach a beam weighing 8,500 pounds to the aircraft’s cable.
