U.S. Marine Corporals Cody Moore and James Stroeher use concrete edgers to refine the edge of a concrete slab during a road improvement project with Joint Task Force North in El Centro, California, April 19, 2016. Moore and Stroeher are with 7th Engineer Support Battalion, Bridge Company. For the last two months, the Marines have been processing and leveling dirt to improve the road’s quality as well as constructing low-water crossings to maintain the integrity of the road during wet conditions.
