The U.S. Marine Corps Silent Drill Platoon practices “long line,” a portion of their drill routine, during a month-long training phase as a part of the Marine Corps Battle Color Detachment aboard Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Az., Feb. 8, 2017. The BCD is comprised of the U.S. Marine Corps Silent Drill Platoon, “The Commandant’s Own,” the U.S. Marine Drum & Bugle Corps and the U.S. Marine Corps Color Guard.
