Marine Corps Air Station Miramar Marines help exam and remove debris from a crash site on Dec. 9 in San Diego after an F/A-18D “Hornet” crashed into a residential area that Monday. The aircraft was returning to Marine Corps Air Station Miramar after conducting carrier landing qualifications aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln.
