Col. Charles Dockery, commanding officer of Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, and family join the B-29 Superfortress ‘Doc’ crew for an exclusive tour at MCAS Miramar Calif, Oct. 2. The ‘Doc’ is one of the two B-29’s that are still capable of flying today and it departed MCAS Miramar on Oct. 3 after being used as a static display during the 2019 MCAS Miramar Air Show.
