Lance Cpl. Marco A. Russell, a combat engineer with Combat Logistics Battalion 11, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, cuts a piece of lumber for a footbridge to be used by local citizens starting March 22. The bridge was built to be transported for an upcoming community relations project initiated by the chaplains of the 11th MEU.
