A Marine with 2nd Combat Engineer Battalion shoots the M2 .50-caliber heavy machine gun at targets placed at unknown distances at range SR-7 aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., April 7, 2015. Approximately 30 Marines from the battalion conducted a two-day, machine-gun range in which they shot the M249 Squad Automatic Weapon, M240 Bravo medium machine gun, and the .50-caliber heavy machine gun from both the mounted and un-mounted positions at targets placed at unknown distances.
