Lt. Col. Jeremy S. Winters, left, and Gunnery Sgt. Clifford Bowen fire a Browning M2 .50-caliber machine gun during a weapons familiarization range at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Aug. 27, 2015. Winters joined his troops through the rains for a live weapons range with the M240B machinegun, Browning M2 .50-caliber machine gun and the M1014 combat shotgun. Marines from various military job occupations received hands-on experience that allows them to improve crucial skills and become well-rounded war fighters.
