Luis Da Luz, a HAZMAT entry team technician with ARFF, with a fire hose during the decontamination process of a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high-yield explosive exercise conducted at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California, May 17, 2018. The exercise simulated a bioterrorism attack and required several MCAS Miramar units to coordinate an effective response.
