Mission: The 29 Palms Office of the Staff Judge Advocate (OSJA) and Law Center provides legal services and support to the Commanding General (CG), subordinate commanders, tenant units and Combat Center military personnel and dependents. The OSJA and Law Center also administers, for the CG, federal statutes including the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), Navy and Marine Corps regulations and Combat Center Orders; offers Legal Assistance to include a Tax Center; reviews courts-martial and adverse actions; liaisons with civil authorities as necessary; provides operational law support; and serves as the Command’s Ethics Counselor.
