LtCol Kevin R. Scott
Lieutenant Colonel Scott completed recruit training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island in 1985 and served with 14th Marines as an Artillery Cannoneer until graduating from Jackson State University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. He was commissioned in December 1992 after graduating from Officer Candidate School. He completed The Basic School in 1993 and became a Ground Supply Officer.
Upon graduating from the Ground Supply Officer Course in 1994, Second Lieutenant Scott reported to 3d Marines Regiment (Reinforced) and served as Company Supply Officer. He was promoted to First Lieutenant in January 1995 and served as Regimental Supply Officer. While serving with 3d Marines Regiment (Reinforced), he deployed to Korea (Exercise Freedom Banner 1995), Australia (Exercise Tandem Thrust 1997) and completed a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Hawaii Pacific University.
In July 1997, newly promoted Captain Scott transferred to Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island and served as Operations Officer and Director of Property Control Branch, Supply and Services Division. From 1998 to 2000, Captain Scott served as Series Commander, Executive Officer, and Commanding Officer, Company Echo, 2d Recruit Training Battalion. While serving at 2d Recruit Training Battalion, Captain Scott completed the nonresident Amphibious Warfare School Professional Military Education and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University.
Captain Scott attended the resident US Army Combined Logistics Captain’s Career Course from 2000 to 2001, returned to the Fleet Marine Force in 2001 and served as the Supply Officer, Materiel Readiness Branch, 2d Force Service Support Group. Promoted to Major in August 2002, Major Scott served as the Executive Officer, Combat Service Support Detachment 27 in Norway (Exercise Battle Griffin 2003), and later in 2003, he served as Current Operations Officer, Marine Logistics Command and Current Operations Officer, Maritime Prepositioning Force Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force in Kuwait in support of Operation IRAQI FREEDOM.
In September 2003, Major Scott returned to Camp Lejeune and later assumed command of Electronics Maintenance Company, 2d Maintenance Battalion. In January 2004, Major Scott assumed duties as Executive Officer, 2d Maintenance Battalion. He attended the resident US Army Command and General Staff College from July 2004 to June 2005 and completed a Master of Military Art and Science with the thesis, "Logistics Modernization in the United States Marine Corps." Major Scott served in the Logistics Division, Blount Island Command from August 2005 to July 2008. During this time, Major Scott served as the Commanding Officer, Marine Corps Logistics Command Forward-Iraq (2006)and as Commanding Officer, Marine Corps Logistics Command Forward-Afghanistan (2008) with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan in support of Operations IRAQI and ENDURING FREEDOM respectively.
Promoted to Lieutenant Colonel in July 2008, Lieutenant Colonel Scott returned to 2d Marine Logistics Group and served as Deputy Assistant Chief of Staff G-4, 2d Marine Logistics Group Forward in Iraq from January to December 2009 in support of Operation IRAQI FREEDOM. He served as Assistant Chief of Staff G-4, 2d Marine Logistics Group upon returning from Iraq until assuming command of 2d Maintenance Battalion during June 2010.
His personal decorations include the Bronze Star, two Meritorious Service Medals, two Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals, and two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals.
Lieutenant Colonel Scott and wife, Glynda, are proud parents of one son, Karsten.
Battalion Sergeant Major, 
SgtMaj Clifford W. Wiggins
Sergeant Major Wiggins enlisted in the Marine Corps September 1987. On 8 August 1988, he reported to recruit training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina. He graduated in November 1988 and reported to the School of Infantry, Camp Geiger, North Carolina, in order to attend school to become a rifleman (0311). After graduation, he was assigned to Hotel Company, 2nd Battalion, 4th Marines for duty as a rifleman.
While serving with 2/4, Sergeant Major Wiggins served in several infantry billets ranging from fire team leader to platoon guide. During this time, he participated in Operation Sharp Edge in Liberia, Africa and Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
In 1993 he volunteered to attend Drill Instructor School at MCRD Parris Island, S.C. Upon graduation, he was assigned to Delta Company, First Recruit Training Battalion.
After a successful tour as a Drill Instructor in 1996, Sergeant Major Wiggins reported to 1st Battalion, 3rd Marines where he served as a Platoon Sergeant, Platoon Commander, and Company Gunnery Sergeant.
In October 1997, Sergeant Major reported to the Staff Noncommissioned Officer Academy at Marine Corps Base, Hawaii for duty as a Faculty Advisor/Tactics Instructor.
In July 1999, Sergeant Major Wiggins reported to Marine Wing Support Squadron 472 (-) homebased in Marietta, Georgia. During this time he served as the senior enlisted advisor and Squadron Gunnery Sergeant.
In April 2002, Sergeant Major Wiggins reported to 1st Battalion, 6th Marines. During this time he served as the Company Gunnery Sergeant for both Charlie Company and Headquarters and Service Company. In April 2004, Sergeant Major Wiggins participated in Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan and served as a member of Battalion Landing Team 1/6, 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable). He was selected to the rank of First Sergeant December 2004 and was frocked in January 2005.
In February 2005, Sergeant Major Wiggins reported to Inspector-Instructor staff Greenville, South Carolina to serve as the Inspector-Instructor First Sergeant and was promoted October 2005.
In February 2008, Sergeant Major Wiggins reported to 2nd Maintenance Battalion, 2nd Marine Logistics Group to serve as the Headquarters and Service Company First Sergeant.
Sergeant Major Wiggins was frocked to his current rank March 23, 2009 and then posted as the 2nd Maintenance Battalion Sergeant Major.
Sergeant Major Wiggins’ personal awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with 4 gold stars in lieu of fifth award, the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal with 2 gold stars in lieu of third award, and the Combat Action Ribbon with 1 gold star.
