Why did you choose to enlist in the Marine Corps?  I enlisted in the Marine Corps to serve with the best men and women during a time of war.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years? Working back home in Detroit as a Drug Enforcement agent.

What has been the most exciting experience since joining? My most exciting experience has been manning the medium and heavy machine guns during convoys in the Helmand Province, Afghanistan.

What are your hobbies outside of work? Spending time at home with my daughter Isabella, watching her grow and learn new things every day.

Comments from his supervisor: Staff Sergeant Westmoreland considers Lance Corporal Major a solid Marine and an intelligent young man; whose hard work ethic and mild temper will serve him well either in the Marine Corps or in the civilian sector.  I am proud to serve with him.
