   Originally from Leonardtown, Maryland, William E. Arick, III (Will) was commissioned as a 2ndLt in the United States Marine Corps in May of 1993 after graduating from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania under the NROTC scholarship program with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management.
 
   After graduating from The Basic School in December of 1993 and then the Logistics Officers Course in April of 1994, he was assigned to his first tour with 1st Battalion, 3d Marines in Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii where he served as the Maintenance Management Officer and the Assistant Logistics Officer. During that tour he was also assigned as the Logistics Officer for Landing Force Cooperation and Readiness Afloat (LF CARAT) in 1997 for combined training and exercises with Southeast Asian countries.
 
   In October of 1997, he served as a structure analyst at Total Force Structure Division, Marine Corps Combat Development Command in Quantico, Virginia. From there, he reported as a student to the Amphibious Warfare School, also in Quantico, Virginia.
 
   Upon graduation from Amphibious Warfare School in 2001, he was transferred back to Kaneohe Bay to fill the position of Logistics Officer for Marine Aircraft Group 24 (MAG-24). While at MAG-24, he also served as the S-4 officer for the Aviation Combat Element during Exercise Cobra Gold 2003.
 
   In July 2003, he was promoted to the rank of Major and transferred to be the Operations Officer for Combat Service Support Group 3. From here, he deployed to Baghdad, Iraq in September of 2004 to serve as the Marine Corps Planner for C-3 (Future Operations), Multi-National Corps-Iraq.
 
   He returned to the United States in April of 2005 and was transferred to be a student at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in May of 2005. He graduated with distinction in December of 2006 with a Masters in Business Administration for Material Management.
 
   After graduating from NPS, he was assigned to Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC) in Albany, Georgia. During his tour at MCLC, he served as a Future Operations Planner, the Head of War Planning and Strategic Initiatives Division, and the Head of Operational Logistics Support Division within the Logistics Operations Center. In June of 2007 he deployed to Iraq serve as the Commander of Marine Corps Logistics Command Forward-Iraq. In March 2009, he was promoted to his current rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
 
   He is married to the former Miss Linda Scarborough of Kailua, Hawaii and they have a daughter, Kiley (9 years old) and a son, Chaney (6 years old).

  Sergeant Major Anthony P. Goss was born in October 1964 in Quitman, Georgia where he graduated from Brooks County High School.  He reported to basic training at 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina in April 1982. Upon graduation, Private Goss reported to the Construction Equipment Operators Course at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. After completion of the course, he reported to Headquarters Battery, 10th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division.

  While assigned to HQ Battery, 10th Marine Regiment as a Heavy Equipment Operator, Private Goss was promoted to Private First Class October 1982 and assigned to Headquarters Company, 2nd Battalion, 10th Marines and promoted to the rank of Lance Corporal in June 1983. 

  In February 1986, Lance Corporal Goss reenlisted and received orders to the Petroleum Supply Specialist Course at Fort Lee Virginia.  Upon graduation he received orders to Bulk Fuel Company, 7th Engineer Support Battalion, 1st Force service Support Group, Camp Pendleton, California.  While assigned as a Bulk Fuel Specialist he was promoted to the rank of Corporal in September 1987. 

  In October 1988, Corporal Goss received orders to 9th Engineers Support Battalion and was temporarily assigned for duty at Range Company, Headquarters Battalion, Camp Fuji, Japan. Corporal Goss served as the Bulk Fuel Noncommissioned Officer in charge and was promoted to Sergeant in September 1989.  Sgt Goss then reported Headquarters & Headquarters Squadron where he served as a Section Leader. 

  In July 1992, Sergeant Goss transferred to Drill Instructor School at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, South Carolina.  Upon completion of school he served as a Drill Instructor in 2nd Recruit Training Battalion with "Hotel" Company. In November 1994, Staff Sergeant Goss transferred to 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing, Marine Wing Support Squadron 272, New River, NC and served as an Assistant Section Leader. In February 1995, he was assigned to HMM-264, 26th MEU (REIN) as the MWSS Detachment SNCOIC.

   In December 1996, Staff Sergeant was assigned to HMM-261, 22nd MEU as the MWSS Detachment SNCOIC.  In December 1997 SSgt Goss was assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron, Marine Corps Air Station, New River where he served as a Section Leader. In December of 1999 he transferred to 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, Marine Wing Support Squadron 372, Camp Pendleton, CA and served as Airfield Operations Company Training Chief. GySgt Goss was promoted to the rank of GySgt on July 2000 and served as the Airfield Operations Fuels Chief and Company Gunnery Sergeant. 

  In February 2005, Gunnery Sergeant Goss was promoted to the rank of First Sergeant and transferred to Marine Corps Detachment Ft lee Va. In January 2008, First Sergeant Goss transferred to Headquarters and Service Battalion, 2nd Battalion 6th Marines, Camp Lejeune, NC. In June 2009, First Sergeant Goss was transferred to Alpha Company,Wounded Warriors Battalion-East, Camp Lejeune, NC.

   In January 2010 was promoted to the rank of Sergeant Major and transferred to Third Marine logistics Group. He is currently serving at the Sergeant Major for Combat Logistics Battalion 31.

  Sergeant Major Goss personal decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal, Navy Commendation Medal, Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medal 3rd award, and the Combat Action Ribbon. 

  Sergeant Major Goss is currently married to Tanya Marie Goss.  They have three children; Vincent, Vineesha, and Anthony.
