Steps For Permissions to Edit Intranet Content

Follow these steps to edit the Division Intranet

A Tactical NIPR account is required and this is different from an NMCI account.

  1. Via your unit S-6 or ISC, please submit a System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) form [DD 2875] along with up-to-date * Cyber Awareness  training certificates available on MarineNet [Course Code: CYBERM0000]. These should all be scanned and emailed to the Division G-6 Helpdesk (3DivG6HelpDesk@usmc.mil) office on Camp Courtney.
  2. Allow 7-10 working days and notification from the S-6 or ISC and navigate to the Division Intranet Home Page (https://portal.gce.iiimef.usmc.mil).
  3. When prompted with the Choose a digital certificate popup window, select the DOD EMAIL CA-XX certificate and click OK.
    1. If the login is successful your name (Last Rank First MI) should appear in the top right corner of the page and go to step 4.
    2. If you receive a popup asking for your username and password or a "Not Authorized" error page, contact the MAGTF Network Operations Center (MNOC) at 622-3388, ensure your Tactical account is associated with your CAC certificate and that an account exists. The MNOC will be able to assist in this process.
  4. For permissions to edit content in a site or page, contact the applicable section/unit IM Rep

* Civilians should take MarineNet Course Code: CYBERC
