CIS MISSION
To provide communications and information systems support in its entirety to include Mainframe 3270 Access, Information Assurance, Voice, Classified Data, Unclassified Data and NMCI oversight for tenant and operational units aboard Camp Pendleton, to improve the combat readiness of the operating forces.

The Communications and Information Systems Department is led by Mr. Pete Copeland and composed of the following Divisions: Operations, Service and Support, Telephone Systems, Data Systems, Mainframe Support, Information Assurance, and Communications Electronics Maintenance.
