
The mission of the Staff Judge Advocate Office is to provide timely and accurate legal services to Commanders, other active duty military members, their families, and military retirees. We provide quality services in the areas of military justice, legal assistance, research and civil law, administrative support, military magistrate (traffic court, civil processing and pretrial confinement) and income tax preparation and filing. Additionally, the Staff Judge Advocate acts as the chief legal advisor to the Commanding Officer of the Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California.
