Naval Weapons Station Fallbrook Gate Improvement Project Delayed

Construction at the Naval Weapons Station Fallbrook Gate has been delayed. Motorists can expect construction to begin mid-to-late March.



Las Pulgas I-5 Off Ramp - Weekend Closure

Northbound I-5 Las Pulgas Off Ramp Construction. Ramp will be CLOSED from 2100 - Friday, February 24th to 0500 - Monday, February 27th.
I-5 North Bound Las Pulgas On Ramp will have intermittent closures during the period above, Las Pulgas Road will be limited to one way traffic intermittently.

The United States Marine Corps Battle Color Detachment will perform March 9, 10:30 a.m., at the 11 Area Parade Deck, and 3:30 p.m., at the 52 Area Upper Parade Deck.

The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance center (VITA) has begun taking appointments for units to complete their service members taxes.



SONGS Performs Precautionary Shutdown of Reactor Unit 3

Southern California Edison (SCE), operator of the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, has begun a precautionary shutdown of Unit 3 because sensors installed for this purpose detected a possible leak in one of the unit's steam generator tubes. The potential leak poses no imminent danger to the public or plant workers.

$100 Million Milestone reached for the New Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton Project

Today marked another milestone with more than $100 million completed work to Clark McCarthy Joint Venture towards the $451 million hospital project.



Naval Weapons Station Fallbrook, Main Gate Construction update

Construction schedule has been change and now will start on 19 January and end roughly 21 March 2012. The construction will be completed during normal working hours 0730-1600. Using other entry gates during this period is encouraged.
