Telephone Services 

Mission

 

The mission of the Headquarters Marine Corps Telephone Service Support section is to provide reliable service to our customers on both wireless and land based technologies. Our primary wireless service provider (Blackberries, cellular phones and broadband cards) is Verizon Wireless while our landline service (VoIP and some limited VTC capabilities) are provided by ITA. Analog phone service as well as ISDN based service is provided by Verizon Business. Trouble tickets and requests for service can be submitted through the website https://ehqmc.usmc.mil/sites/arhelp/default.aspx. Emergency support for VoIP service (voicemail password reset, phone password reset and reports of no dial tone) can also be obtained by calling the Consolidated Customer Support Center (CCSC) at (703) 693-4337, option 2. This number cannot be used to request moves, adds, changes or new services.
