 Mission Statement

Intelligence Plans Division (IP) performs HQMC oversight for intelligence requirements and capabilities planning, development and integration. The HQMC Intel participation in the Expeditionary Force Development System (EFDS) and the Joint Capabiities Integration Development System (JCIDS) is conducted by IP. IP coordinates the development of intelligence systems architecture and coordinates GEOINT, SIGINT, Meteorology and Oceanography (METOC) and Electronic Warfare (EW) programs. IP also plans and executes Marine Corps participation in the TENCAP program.

Tasks

• Maintain oversight over requirements, plans, and policy issues such as material development.
• Lead HQMC Intel participation in EFDS and JCIDS.
