Welcome to the new Marine Corps Forms Repository/Marine Corps Electronic Forms Systrem (MCEFS) Website.
Announcing the new site for our Marine Corps electronic and paper forms inventory. This site will be updated on a daily basis, so if a form(s) you are looking for is not available, please check back frequently or e-mail USMC Forms Mgmt (ARDE) at SMB.HQMC.ARDE@USMC.MIL.
The electronic forms contained within this site are in Portable Document Format (.pdf). In order to view, navigate, download, enter form data, and print these documents, you MUST have a current Adobe Acrobat Reader Internet plug-in installed in your browser (Version 8.X or better is recommended). If the Reader plug-in is not already installed, you can download it from the Adobe site www.adobe.com. If on NMCI, please call the NMCI help desk. Paper/Stocked forms when selected will furnish you with the link to the Navy’s Forms On-Line website to obtain ordering information from the Defense Automated Printing Service (DAPS), such as the National Stock Number (NSN), Cost and Unit of Issue (U/I) or set up an account to order warehoused items.
