423/06 identifies MOS and Billet specific individuals, within each unit, who require training in the National Incident Management System (NIMS), the National Response Plan (NRP) and Incident Command System (ICS). This mandatory training will assist the Command in operating effectively with civilian authorities during domestic incidents.
