This is an election year. This voting assistance guide provides absentee voting procedures by state. With this guide you will be able to review your specific state requirements to determine the deadline to submit your Federal Post Card Application (FPCA). The link will also give you access to the FPCA. The FPCA is intended to be used by active duty Marines and mobilized Reservists who are stationed outside their home of record.
