My name is Paul Euchner and I am the Family Readiness Officer (FRO). My job as the FRO is to support the Marines and family members of the Regiment.
The goal of the Marine Corps Personal and Family Readiness Program is to help those Marines and family members successfully balance life, career and mission events. This is achieved through proactive outreach, official communication, information and referral, readiness and deployment support, training, as well as other assistance which serves to improve a Marine's personal and family readiness.
