The Family Readiness Officer is the face of the commander's vision for family readiness and will provide direct coordination for the Unit Family Readiness Program. The Family Readiness Officer duties fall into the following categories: Official Communication; Readiness and Deployment Support; Information and Referral; Family Outreach; Administrative/Logistical; Event Management; and Volunteer Management.
