The Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, a private, federally recognized, not for profit, charitable organization independent of the U.S. Marine Corps, was created and exists solely to support the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program. The foundation provides support to Marine Corps Reserve units and other authorized organizations in accordance with a Memorandum of Understanding with the Commander Marine Forces Reserve, who directs the nationwide U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program.
