Step 1: Click on "Florida" and register as new user

Step 2: Choose US Army Garrison - Miami from drop down fill out electronic 3903 request specific service when prompted.

Step 3: If you are Navy, USMC, or Air Force and need a full length photo to update file or promotion board, choose "DA Photo" as service. Do not choose "head and shoulders studio" unless it is a Head and Shoulders photo.
