• Routine appointments - are appointments needed for follow-up medical issues, pre-existing medical conditions (leg pain for two weeks; etc.), medication refills, or any other condition not classified as “acute” that would require a same day appointment. Staff personnel can either contact the clinic at 440-0011 to schedule this appointment or come to the Clinic to schedule their appointment.

• Physical Exams, PHAs and PDHRAs - Appointments must be made to have any type of screening completed. Appointments are typically in the afternoon; 440-0011 or 0195

•  EKG’s, Immunizations, Laboratory, Pharmacy and X-Rays- are performed Mon - Fri from 0800-1600 except lunchtime. No appointment is required.  Thursdays between 1300 -1600 are on limited services to allow for clinic training and field day.

•  Audiograms are on Wed and Fri from 0800-100 and 1300-1530.

• Referral management- If it is determined by your Healthcare Provider that you need a referral, the Provider will place a consultation into the referral management system. The majority of consultations will take a minimum of 48 hours to be processed. To schedule the referral appointment, call Referral Management at 450-HELP(4357) Option 3, or emailing them at referralassistance@med.navy.mil. To schedule an appointment at the NH Camp Lejeune, call at 450-HELP(2357) Option 1.

• After Hours Nurse help line, call 450-HELP(4357) Option 2.

• Dental- Sick Call is available M-F 0800-0900. Appointments can be made by calling 440-0011 any type of screening completed. Appointments are typically in the afternoon.
