MARSOC RECRUITING
MARSOC is currently looking for qualified Marines to fill highly demanding special operations assignments. Selection of the right personnel begins with a rigorous screening process designed to identify the right Marines for the right billet within MARSOC. Only those Marines who want to become CSOs must attend Assessment and Selection (A&S), however all Marines will be screened to ensure that the Marines joining MARSOC meet the established prerequisites for duty within the command. MARSOC recruiters will help you determine whether you currently meet the minimum standards for service at MARSOC. If you don't currently meet the minimum requirements, the recruiters can assist you with individual development programs that can help you reach the goal of applying for service with MARSOC. Links to the prerequisites for different levels of service with MARSOC are below
“I joined MARSOC for the same reason that I became a Marine—intense, determined people who aren’t afraid to win. MARSOC was the opportunity to work in a small group of capable individuals who are allowed to think and act with skilled creativity.” – Corporal, 3rd MSOB
