The Military Housing Office makes available an Off-Base Vacancy Listing of houses, apartments, rooms and condominiums and is updated weekly. This is particularly true for Junior enlisted families requiring two or more bedrooms, who will face greater out-of-pocket expense. Also allow for initial expenses in the form of security and pet deposits along with power, water, and phone deposits for off base housing.
