Military Housing Application Information

In Person. Applications for Military Housing are accepted from 0730-1600, Monday through Friday.

You will need:
• Copy of your PCS Orders -or- Page 3 (for Marines) -or- Page 5 (for Navy) from your Service Record Book (SRB).
• Copy of your Dependency Application, NAVMC Form 10922, from your SRB (this form must be current and must have the required signatures).

NOTE: These documents can be obtained from the Installation Personnel Administration Center
(IPAC), located in Building 298.

Inbound / Advanced Applications. You will need:

• Copy of your PCS Orders -or- Page 3 -or- Page 5 from SRB.
• Copy of your Dependency Application from SRB.
• Completed / Signed Application for Assignment to Housing Application, DD Form 1746
• Completed / Signed Sex Offender Disclosure Form, DD Form 1746 Application Addendum
• Completed / Signed Privacy Act Release Form
• Completed / Signed Pet Addendum (FORM IS MANDATORY; whether or not you have pets)

NOTE: If you do have pets (limit of two domestic animals) you are required to provide Vaccination and Microchip Certificates for each pet. Mandatory requirements for referral / assignment.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED all Pet Owners become familiarized with MCO P11000.22 CH6, Domestic Animal Control.

NOTE: A spouse may make application with a Power-of-Attorney (POA), documentation showing the member is attached to Cherry Point and a copy of the Dependency Application. An Atlantic Marine Corps Communities (AMCC)-specific POA is required for lease signing.
